What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, business name, email address, and anything you tell us about your project. If you email us directly, we receive your email.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quote and, if you become a client, to deliver and support your website. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our business email, which is provided by Google Workspace. Both may store data outside Australia.
The AI agent demo
If you chat with the AI agent on this website, your messages are sent to OpenAI (or, if it is unavailable, Google), which provides the AI model, so it can write a reply. The conversation itself is not saved by this website.
If the agent drafts an enquiry for you and you press Send, the details shown (such as your name, email, phone and what you need) are sent to us in the same way as the enquiry form, and handled as described above. Please don’t share sensitive information in the chat.
The booking demo on the Harbourline Plumbing concept site works the same way. Harbourline is a made-up business: if you confirm a demo booking, the details are stored by our host, Netlify, and emailed to us as a demo, and nobody will contact you about it unless you ask.
If you use the talk-to-the-demo phone agent, your voice is sent to Vapi, which runs the call, and to the AI providers it uses (such as OpenAI) to understand and answer you. Vapi keeps a transcript, and may keep a recording, of demo calls in our account; we use them only to check and improve the demo. Demo bookings and messages are handled as described above. Please don’t share sensitive information on a demo call.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing nathan@offshiftai.com.
