What's the difference between the assistant and the agent?

The AI Assistant answers questions. The AI Agent answers questions too, then takes action: it collects the enquiry and emails it to you, books appointments into your calendar and follows up customers who go quiet.

Will it make things up?

It's set up to answer only from the information you give it and to say when it doesn't know. Like any AI it can occasionally get something wrong, so it's labelled as AI and points customers to you for anything important.

What does it cost?

The AI Assistant is A$990 setup and A$49 a month. The AI Agent is A$3,999 setup and A$199 a month. The monthly fee covers the AI's running costs, monitoring and updates. No lock-in contract.

Can the agent answer my phone?

Yes, with the Phone + Web Agent (from A$7,999 setup). Your number stays the same: calls you can't take go to the agent, which says it's an AI, answers from your business facts, books into your calendar and emails you the details. A custom version for multi-location teams starts from A$9,999. Both are quoted after a short call, and the monthly fee depends on call volume.

Which calendars can the agent book into?

Google Calendar works out of the box, and the agent can also keep its own simple booking calendar if you don't use one. Other booking tools, such as Cal.com or Calendly, on request: tell me what you use and I'll confirm before you commit.

Do I need a new website?

It works best on a website I build or look after. If you have a site already, ask and I'll tell you honestly whether it can be added.
